Most mainstream doctors seem to dismiss out of hand the idea that there is any link between vitiligo and nutrition. My vitiligo success, based on taking nutritional supplements, is ample proof to me of the connection between the two. To ignore the obvious cause and effect between what we put into our body and the health of our skin is to disregard the wisdom of ages… That you are what you eat.
What you eat affects your vitiligo
So it’s good to see that there are other sources that support my first-hand experience and that go a long way to explaining why the vitiligo therapy that worked for me was so effective. Here are just a few:

For centuries common sense and experience have taught us that you are what you eat. I wonder why it is that modern, western medicine has lost touch with this concept. Could it possibly be anything to do with the influence of the lucrative drugs industry? Or am I just being cynical? 😉
